How did Miley do her makeup like this?

I don't know of any tutorials, but I can give you a brief run through. She applied a shimmery gold on pretty much her whole eye, then did a smokey effect with a bronze color. She then did a thin layer of eyeliner, and some HUGE false lashes. That is a brief run through, I am sure here were some other colors involved, but stick with that and you'll get pretty darn close.
