In the movie Back to the Future 2...?
When Doc rummages through the trash for fuel, he pulls out a can of soda or beer or something. He pours the remaining liquid into the car and the the can. Why does he do this? Couldn't he just throw the can in with the liquid inside and it would function just the same?
