I may have to give up Netscape because of Vista. Can someone give me comparisons to Foxfire and Mozilla?

I had to get a new desktop and could only find one with Vista (uck). Netscape 9.0 is (I think) available for Vista but I've heard Foxfire may be even better. I Do NOT like IE. If I get Foxfire can I copy my Bookmarks over to it? What about Mozilla? Same question.
