Whats wrong with me!?

About three days ago, I had some intense itching on a certain spot of my . Then, after the itching (which only itched for 10-40 seconds) then, after the itching ceased, this soft bump appeared. And as time goes on, its getting harder, it seems to be staying the same size, but, if anything touches it at all, it starts to itch. The bump is about the size of a marble, but there is a somewhat puffy line, about the size of a small worm, cut into 1/4th of its original size that continues to about the middle of the underbelly of my , it is very, very sensitive, but doesn't hurt at all. What is this? I was thinking either a Lymphocele, or Peyronie's disease. What do you guys think?
