If you commit perjury at an Employment Tribunal while giving evidence, can you be prosecuted?

I attended one where a company manager lied to the tribunal, was caught out and admitted he had intended to mislead the Tribunal. Does the Tribunal chairman have to report him (or could I), and what is the time limit?
