At home hair coloring question???!?

Red and green(ash means green)makes brown.That's why your hair is darker.The only way to get that out is bleach.You can use the herbal essence bleaching kit.It works great.I go from black to red to blond all of the time.After you bleach it you can use a toner if it's too blond.I would just go ahead and add the toner rite after you bleach it if that's what you want to do.It;s going to cause damage anyways no matter when you apply it.Just get some good condioner to use every time you wash your hair.
