Can anyone identify this shoe??!?

A friend gave me these shoes a while back and I fell in love with them. Just recently one of them fell apart. These are the perfect shoes!!!! They go with everything!! Short shorts, Jeans, Caprie, EVERYTHING. I love them!>!>! And I want to get my dad to buy me another pair but my friend says she got them at a thrift store.. whatever that is and didnt know what shoe style they were either, i know they are the brand "Dollhouse" (who makes TONS cute shoes) tons of point if someone can find what style they are or where i can buy them http://i56.tinypic.com/4kh6x3.jpg
