Different ways to throw up?

i don't have a serious problem or anything so before people start saying ****. just gotta do it sometimes, when you eat to much. so i was having trouble throwin up yesterday i was in the bathroom for two hours. and i have really bad gag reflexives so i just couldn't do it. help?
