Does my voice just suck cause of puberty?

so im 16, and i love to rap, and i cant hit higher notes cause of puberty i suppose, and i feel like my voice gets tired easily, and my voice is like monotone, is this cause of puberty or does my voice just suck? And how long will puberty last till (the voice part) if it is.
