I hate my stepmom so much!!! I need some help?

So it was 2 days ago and I got up and went to the fridge. I had bought 5 gfruits for myself and no ones else. So I opened the fridge and they were gone! No ones was home at the time so I call my dad and he said that he will get me some more. He sad that my stepmom ate them all! I was soo mad and I didn't care if my dad was getting me more. So she cooked like 70 peices of meat for these people she knew so I ate 3 peices. Because she ate 3 gfruits. I ate 2 gfruits the night before. So she comes home and was all like did you eat my meat and im like yeah. But I had 3 peices. For each gfruit. Then she's all like I didn't know! But she did know. So she tattled on me like she always does to my dad. And he said that he didn't eat any. So she's blaming my for eating 20pieces! So I go and take like a 2 hour shower and when I get out and get all primped up my dad screams my name and I imeadiatly go down stairs. She and my dad start screaming at me!!! And I couldn't do anything. So I go upstairss and a few hours later she screams name. So she hands me my gfruits and says," you are the most selfish, ugliest, piece of **** I ever laid my eyes on." and my dad was right their and he didn't do anything!!! She also said not to ever talk to her ever again. So I went to my room and I started crying bcause no one has ever said that to me. And now my dad and my stepmom are against me. And my stepmom took away my 40$ so now I only have 10$ to my name. I tried to run away last night but I got caught. And I really want to move in with my mom but I'm not 16 yet and I have to be 16. I really don't know what to do? Should I call child services? And please don't tell me to sit them down and talk to them cause I won't. Should I try to get arrested? Cause my dad said that if he ever caught me smoking a cigarrette he would beat me with a stick( he's done it before) and then call the cops. So should I get arrested to my mom can get me? Or should I just wait till my16th birthday in October.
