When people get shot in the head, wouldn't they reflexively pull the trigger?
In movies, whenever there is a hostage situation or something, a lot of the time there will be a guy holding a pistol up to an innocent bystander, and normally that guy gets shot in the head and he falls down and everything is okay. However, whenever someone gets shot who is holding an automatic weapon, they fire it a bunch when they go down. It seems like the person holding the other person hostage would reflexively pull the trigger when they were killed, but this never happens. In the movies they never fire, but would they ever do that in real life?
