How do you incubate atiel eggs if the birds wont?

I have atiels as pets. The girl just gave birth to one egg just today! I've been observing her. Sometimes, she would get out of her nest and then get back in again to incubate her egg. Whenever, I get near to her she would get out of the nest or sometimes she would still stay in. I think that is the same situation for you. Try to not bother your girl atiel or else she wouldn't incubate it. Give her some time.
