What is my shot of getting into UPenn?

I recently applied early decission for UPenn. I have a 3.8 GPA, 32 ACT, +150 Community service leading/teaching a "Teen Leadership Cl", I am president of spanish club, an anchor of my schools news, work 2 jobs, played volleyball freshman year(club and school), was in cotillion, am in the INternational Baccalaureate Program, have taken ALL honors/IB cles, am from Nebraska, am in NHS, was in a band, was on a Citizen's Advisory Board for Public Transportation, and was nominated homecoming queen? OH and they called me to set up an interveiw... how are my chances looking?
