I wont to know how can i some whons money in my acount from another country?

My friend is in very big trouble he wont me to make my account in bank and receive her money to my account but i don't even know how to make a account in bank and how to add money from homebody's else account to my account i need full information about how to make a account in bank and how to get money from somebody else
